How enquiries and website data are handled
Clutch Developer, led by Pedro Manfredi, uses the information you choose to provide to respond to enquiries and prepare project discussions..
Information in a contact enquiry
The contact form may ask for your name, email address, message, topic and an optional budget. The information is used to understand and respond to your request and, where relevant, prepare a project scope or estimate. Please do not include sensitive information that is not needed for that conversation.
Hosting, email and access
The website uses Netlify for hosting and an email provider to handle enquiries. Only information needed to operate the site or manage the request is shared with the relevant provider. Access to enquiry records is limited to people who need it for that work.
Retention and your request
Enquiries that do not proceed are kept for up to 90 days, then removed from the private contact records. Information needed to manage an agreed contractual relationship is handled separately for that relationship. For a privacy question, access request or deletion request, contact Pedro at pedro@clutchdeveloper.com.
Analytics and data location
Google Analytics 4 runs only after consent. You can change your choice in the settings control in the site footer. Contact-form details are not sent to GA4, and IP addresses are not collected as part of the lead record. No data-location guarantee is made: any transfers depend on provider arrangements and applicable contracts.
