Do you quote the build before seeing the code?
The fixed build price comes after the look. The first hour is the €300 audit. A large app needs more than an hour, and I say so before that hour is over.
What if it should be replaced?
I say so. When the app is still an MVP, the replacement is the €15,000 Flutter migration. When it is bigger, you get a different number.
What happens after the rescue?
The handover is part of the job. Staying on is the embedded month, if you want continuity after the ship.
