What if two weeks isn't enough?
Then we scope two sprints. Most work lands in one — that's the point of a fixed window. You'll get the honest answer on the call, before you pay anything.
Do you work on existing codebases?
Most of the time, yes. Taking over stuck native apps is a large part of what I do — the audit exists for exactly that first look.
Who actually writes the code?
I do. Clutch Developer is a studio, not an agency. There's no bench of juniors to hand your project to.

What does the €15,000 migration include?
Four weeks to move a live MVP onto one Flutter codebase for iOS and Android. It replaces the clients you have now — native, React Native, or Xamarin — when the app is still an MVP. A larger app starts with the €300 audit and a different number.

About
The human behind it
Pedro Manfredi
Software engineer and indie product builder based in Barcelona. I founded Clutch Developer and personally lead its technical direction. Twelve years shipping native mobile — Swift on iOS, Kotlin and Java on Android, Flutter when one codebase makes sense. I use AI-assisted workflows with agreed scope, code review, automated tests and quality checks. Specialist collaborators join when the scope calls for them.
I founded VipKing in 2014 and later spun out Pictus. I took part in Yuzz, Banco Santander’s pre-accelerator, and NEXT, Powered by Google for Entrepreneurs, and have mentored startups since 2016. My experience also includes leading native iOS development with L+R in New York. Having worked on both product and engineering, I help founders and technical teams make decisions together.
