Clear ways to work together
Choose a focused product review, an MVP migration, a build sprint, or ongoing embedded engineering. Each offer has a defined starting point; scope, deliverables, schedule, payment terms and applicable taxes are confirmed before work begins.
Scope
Product diagnostic
From €3001 hour
A focused senior diagnosis of an agreed question: €300 for one hour by video call or video review. A deep technical audit is scoped and quoted in advance, with a written report.
- Led personally by Pedro, founder of Clutch Developer; specialist collaborators join only when the agreed scope calls for them.
- €300 covers one focused senior hour by video call or video review. It is a diagnosis, not a complete codebase audit or full audit report.
- A deep technical audit has its platforms, review areas and fee agreed before work; it includes a prioritized written report and walkthrough.
- Additional diagnostic hours at €250 each, agreed in advance.
- Paid up front. EU invoice issued.
MVP Migration
€15,0004 weeks
Fixed €15,000, four-week migration for a live MVP that fits the agreed scope: existing iOS and Android flows move to one Flutter codebase. We agree the parity list and exclusions in writing before week one. New features, redesigns, backend rewrites and compliance work are quoted separately.
- Pedro personally leads the technical direction and delivery; specialist collaborators join only when the agreed scope calls for them.
- Existing iOS and Android flows, exclusions and acceptance checks are written down and agreed before week one. No separate diagnosis is required when the scope is clear.
- An installable build each week, side-by-side checks against the current app, and store submissions prepared with you for the agreed flows.
- Thirty days of fixes limited to behaviour on the agreed list.
- You keep the repository, builds and handover notes. New features, redesigns, backend rewrites and compliance work are outside scope and quoted separately.
- Bank transfer (EUR), split 50/50. EU invoice issued.

Build Sprint
€7,5002 weeks
Two weeks, one working outcome ready to hand over, with the price agreed before we start.
- One shippable outcome: an MVP slice, a new flow, or a rescue of something stuck.
- Native iOS (Swift), Android (Kotlin), or Flutter when one codebase genuinely makes sense.
- AI-assisted workflow with senior technical direction; code review, automated tests and agreed quality checks remain part of delivery.
- You get the code, the reasoning behind it, and a handoff your team can actually maintain.
- Design and build together in one sprint: +€2,500.
- Bank transfer (EUR), split 50/50. EU invoice issued.
Embedded Partner
€6,000per month
For teams who need a roadmap run, not a single deliverable handed over.
- I join your team properly — standups, board, repo, releases. Around eight days a month.
- Continuity across releases instead of a cold start every time scope changes.
- Priority response and a direct line to me. No account manager in between.
- Minimum three months, then 30 days' notice.
- Monthly EU invoice.
What each offer is for
- Product diagnostic: one focused senior session to review an agreed question. A full technical audit is scoped and quoted separately, with a written report and walkthrough.
- MVP Migration: move the agreed live flows of an existing MVP to one Flutter codebase for iOS and Android, then verify and hand it over.
- Build Sprint: deliver one agreed product outcome on the platform that fits, with review, quality checks and usable source code.
- Embedded Partner: add ongoing engineering capacity to your roadmap, with continuity across planning, implementation and releases.
What a quote covers
The written proposal sets the scope, acceptance points, schedule, payment terms and applicable taxes. Hosting, cloud usage, software licences, other provider charges and advertising spend are separate unless the proposal explicitly includes them. Campaign media spend always needs its own budget and approval.
Use estimates as a starting point
The app cost calculator helps compare assumptions and prepare a brief. Its result is an estimate for planning, not a binding offer. A final quote follows a review of your product, constraints and requested outcome.
FAQ
Does the calculator give me a final price?
No. It gives a planning estimate from the inputs you provide. The actual proposal depends on the agreed scope and is confirmed before work starts.
Are hosting, tools and advertising included?
Only when they are explicitly listed in the proposal. Third-party services and advertising budgets are normally separate so their owner and cost stay clear.
Can an offer be adapted to my product?
Yes. We first check fit and define what is included, what is out of scope and how acceptance will work. Any change is agreed before the extra work begins.
