Why n8n and not code?
n8n makes most integrations faster to build and far easier for your team to see and adjust. When something genuinely needs custom code, I write it and drop it in.
What can you connect?
Most tools with an API — CRMs, mailboxes, spreadsheets, databases, internal services. If it has a webhook or an API, it can usually join the workflow.
Who maintains it afterwards?
You can — that's why I document and hand it over. I can also stay on for changes and monitoring if you'd rather.
